The reproduction experts at The Real McCoy’s have released their latest collection and amidst the customary offerings in military and workwear, there are always a number of entirely new items added to the line-up. This season they run the gamut from a classic navy blue raincoat worn by the US Air Force in the 1950s to T-shirts bearing the pin-up artwork of Ernesto Vargas, famed for emblazoning the noses of numerous aircraft in WWII. These unique pieces are shown next to a few welcome variants of old favourites, such as a vat dyed hooded sweatshirt in three shades and the less common navy coloured Utility Trouser.

Known for his video work, and most notably the structuralist film The Flicker, as well as playing in the legendary group, The Theatre of Eternal Music, Tony Conrad is a truly enigmatic figure in the history of American contemporary art. I am a huge fan and was lucky enough to stumble upon his Doing the City show by chance when in New York in 2012, which featured his unique video, music and installation art. Surprisingly, this recently released book is the first monograph devoted to the under appreciated luminary to compile his work over the last 50 years.

Louis W.'s Spring-Summer collection features a little more colour than we're used to, and while still sparse, it's a nice addition to the premium outerwear line. Mixing a variety of fabrics and introducing some subtle changes, the pieces continue to evolve and add an elevated aspect to the overall A.P.C. offering.

Titled Ignition, the latest offering provides a muted tone overall, focusing on a variety of interesting textures and fabrics. Levi’s Vintage Clothing’s latest collection is abundant with incredible pieces culled from a rich history of garment manufacture. Arranged very neatly on their site in an interesting interactive timeline, the highlights for me are these two pieces: the Doc Sportello-esque 1970s Denim Shirt and the always classic 1970s Trucker Jacket. But whichever way you scroll and whatever your taste, you’re guaranteed to find some truly iconic items, many of which are made in the USA, right where they ought to be.

Openhouse is a new magazine rooted in the idea of private spaces functioning in some public way. Whether it be a studio, gallery or showroom, often in a house or apartment – or really any combination thereof. Its second issue features insightful glimpses into the Freunde von Freunden Apartment in Berlin and Philip Johnson’s Glass House in Connecticut, as well as several other cleanly and brightly photographed offices and homes that are utilized for intriguing purposes. With the magazine turning up in more shops, it's a publication to keep an eye out for.
