These Nepenthes New York pocket T-shirts are an absolute stroke of genius in my book, and I’m sure that fans of '80s and '90s NBA basketball will agree. The designs feature the full names of four of the sport's legends, mixed with non-basketball themed graphics. My pick of the bunch is the John Stockton option, with its striking piano bar treatment.

Following the success of last year's event, the second edition of Amsterdam Denim Days kicked off earlier this week. The festival has something for denim fans of every kind, from brands and makers to wearers and speakers, all adding something special to the occasion. It consists of a six day City Center presentation featuring events, product launches and special offers in the finest denim stores in Amsterdam, not to mention all of the festivities planned for Blueprint, a show at Westergasfabriek open to the public on April 17th and 18th. Tickets for this are available from the Denim Days website, giving you the opportunity to get closer to the brands, see the expos, workshops and seminars, and indulge in all the food and drinks, plus a full music programme.

Yuketen's Walker Derby caught my attention right away and while it might seem quite basic compared to some of their other models, it's my favourite style from the US footwear brand in quite some time. There’s something about the profile, as well as the slight rake of the chunky Vibram 2060 sole unit and the way it meets the khaki suede upper, that adds a dimension of uniqueness to a classic silhouette, making it the perfect fair weather shoe with a heavyweight feel.
