We've recently added the superb Japanese vintage reproduction specialists, Warehouse, to our line-up at both shops and online. Incredible denim, rich with period details, is definitely what they do best and these two items exhibit the most exactingly recreated construction and workmanship. One is a pair of World War II era 5-pocket jeans made from a 14oz left hand twill denim that features historical considerations such as embossed buttons and omitted rivets. The other is a heavyweight, triple needle stitched work shirt with classic white buttons. These indigo items, along with the handful of other pieces we have available, are very hard to come by outside of Japan and we have more styles to follow in the months to come.

Gasius is a shadowy character, popping up intermittently over the years to design top-notch T-shirts and products under his own banner, or in collaboration with shops like Goodhood and Collette. This pin is part of a collaboration with the former, which also produced some of the nicest tees of this year, but unfortunately those rightly sold out in the blink of an eye.

Jungmaven Stones Raglan Colour Sleeve

This 3/4 sleeve baseball shirt, constructed in the US by Jungmaven, not only looks great in the classic two-tone blue and white colourway, but also utilizes a majority share of the much more eco-friendly hemp fibre in its fabric composition. The durable fibre is blended with organic cotton to create a richly textured but very soft material.

I've often been attracted to the various reworkings of the Glenurquhart check fabric, once popularized by the Duke of Windsor. Traditional and visually interesting in equal measure, the pattern works really well on this unlined, three-button linen blazer by Barena.
