I struggle with cargo pants, or anything overly military for that matter, I really do. But I'm also prone to allowing two things to sway me into a purchase; pockets; preferably an abundance of them, and refined, authentic details. I like olive green too, don't get me wrong, but, despite fulfilling much of the criteria I mentioned, I'm not sure if these pants are tempting enough for me personally. That doesn't mean to say they wouldn't make the perfect addition to somebody else's daily wears, as braver men than me have both fought in, and casually worn pants such as these.

US Gov. Issue originals: £15 (if even that)
Maybe 50 years from now when original M65 jackets/trousers are rare you could motivate paying that kind of money for a repro. Until then it's just stupid.
