There seems to be more varsity jackets available than ever before at the moment. Nepenthes has explored the style quite extensively this season through Engineered Garments and Needles. This version just bears the Nepenthes brand however and it was made by Skookum in olive Melton wool.

Nepenthes have an incredible knack for unearthing companies and brands that are either long forgotten, or basically unknown to begin with. On top of that they usually make something unique and interesting with them. I particularly like these cable knit cardigans by Athena for Nepenthes which have recently landed in their Japan stores.
