Context have released a new version of their special make up 'Roy' boot this spring. It features a roughout leather instead of the brown chromexcel as the earlier model did. It comes on the plantation crepe sole, which is my personal favorite from Alden. The boot is one of the best in the Alden arsenal, and will be a great option for the remainder of spring and it might even leave you wanting fall to come early again.

Simple use of fabric textures and patterns is generally pretty key to any outfit. I particularly like the mix of these two looks. Using knit cotton, floral patterns, oxford and a simple military olive, you can pretty much come up with enough combinations to last you a good few years. The way the items of Engineered Garment's spring collection work together are pretty tough to beat.

The soon-to-be classic Yuketen Johnson boot comes back in its spring form. The low cut shoe retains its rugged look and feel, beautiful lined leather and nice silhouette. The touch of formality on the toe is perhaps more suited to a low cut shoe. It continues to have a nice balance of rough and dress, while being one of the most comfortable shoes with a Goodyear welt.
