Viberg's popularly outside of Japan has risen rapidly in the past couple of years, and being able to work so closely with our local neighbors still feels like a special privilege. The family run factory are just as nice to work with, and this fall we decided to make our first real boot with Viberg. Made with the tried and true Vibram Christy, the thick black rough out leather is nicely accented by the natural welt, and all black stitching. The boots came out great, the pattern, the silhouette and the materials all work perfectly together for one of my favorite special make ups yet.

when are you aging streetwear fans going to stop throwing those god awful vibram soles of otherwise fine footwear?! when i look at these boots, all i can think is obviously you want to be wearing a pair of sb dunks, so why not just go to a sports store and leave boots like this to the grown ups.

I would have put a thick leather double midsole plus a proper vibram lug outsole instead but it's just my personal preference

Fine looking pair of boots but the christy sole ruins it. I must be the only one who dislikes that sole.
