There appears to be a near never ending selection of literary journals on the shelves of the book stores I visit, which means a never ending temptation to put yet another dent in my wallet. The second issue of the Milan Review is no exception. Featuring 224 color pages inside a dark blue cover, the book is divided into twelve chapters, each named after a sign of the zodiac, and each containing a short story and portfolio by a different artist. The likes of Iphgenia Baal, Clancy Martin, Matthias “Wolfboy” Connor, Chiara Barzini, Shane Jones, Massimiliano Bomba, Carola Bonfili, and Toony Navok are all featured inside this excellent publication.
