While most of Wolfgang Tillmans' recent output, has centered around his Neue Welt body of work, his new show at Maureen Paley in London marks a return to more traditional portraiture photography. Focussing on a single subject for the entire show, Central Nervous System is Tillmans' seventh show at the gallery, and is "as much an intimate portrait of a nuanced relationship as it is a portrait of Tillmans himself."
