The Library of Independent Exchange is a non-profit reference library based in Plymouth, directed by Christopher Green and Mark James, and founded on the basis that nothing of its kind existed in the South West of England. Their aim to assemble a selection of contemporary independent publications for public reference has resulted in a vital, ever-expanding resource for the region.
