Certainly one of the more subdued items in Cav Empt's Fall-Winter '15 offering, this moleskin jacket features tonal branding around the collarbone, and surprisingly, nothing on the back. Made in Japan, the zip-up style is reminiscent of Ralph Lauren's classic Bi-Swing Windbreaker, which is never a bad place to start.

A little later in the season than most, Cav Empt have just released their Fall-Winter '15 lookbook. The imagery is quite pared down in terms of production, but the single location and dark mood combine perfectly to highlight the brand's latest offering against a recessed brick backdrop.

The denim jacket isn't an item that immediately springs to mind when you think of Cav Empt, yet this version from their current collection feels like a successful reinterpretation of the classic staple. A traditional short body remains, but most of the front buttons are covered, flap chest pockets have been used, and a couple of pieces of characteristic branding add a modern feeling to complete the well-balanced update.

Finding good things to say about this sweat would be easy, finding any fault in it would be hard. Minimal branding, beautiful cuffs and collar, and a typically good cut all help in making this one of the best crew necks I've seen in a while.
