Located on Lake Simcoe, just outside Toronto, Canada, this one bedroom sleeping cabin juxtaposes itself among the vertical silhouette of the surrounding wilderness with three sides of horizontal cedar slats. With a sustainable planted green roof, its existence is as dynamic as its environment, visually blended into the landscape during the spring and summer months. While during the winter, covered in dense white snow, its design provides a complex integration between architecture and nature, constantly balancing shadows and sunlight.
