Is Russel Moccasin as good quality as Viberg? Wanted to buy some Viberg shoes, but horribly expensive. Russel Moccasin maybe a little bit less expensive.

If you are asking in terms of craftsmanship, Viberg is placed above Russell. There is a reason why Viberg is such a significant investment. However, due to design aesthetics and different choices in production/material, no one can really tell you which one is "better" than the other one. The quality is definitely there in Russell products, so if you cannot afford Viberg or just simply like the styles offered by Russell, go for Russell.
