There isn't too much explaining need for why a bag like this is useful. Whether its over a shirt, or hidden under a jacket, its ideal for carrying around a notepad, camera, pens or whatever you might need. Especially while traveling I find a small 'waist bag' would be good to have. I probably wouldn't wear it around my waist however, so here's a helpful modeling shot.
