It's hard for New Balance to go wrong when they use a variety of greys on their classic models and that theory definitely applies to this 997 reissue, now available through Firmament in Berlin. The interesting texture on the tongue and heel give the shoe enough detail, while the silhouette is where the true appeal lies.

Not to be rude, but Im just wondering why you would list a German retailer of a U.S. made product. Is this a Firmament exclusive or are the majority of your readers European? Don't mean to sound too pedestrian here, just curious about the logic.

After searching around the internet and various websites, Firmament was the first webshop that I found these particular shoes on. We have many readers in North America and Europe, and Firmament is a good retailer that we are happy to highlight, but perhaps if I'd seen this model available from a site closer to home, it may have been highlighted.
