Words

With a focus on pure, honest and quality goods - inspired and imported from Japan and Scandinavia, Mjölk offers one of the better retail experiences in Canada. The shop is run by couple John and Juli Baker, whom have done an excellent job in keeping the space minimal, balanced and varied. The selection includes furniture to tiny accents, all of which are selected for good reason.

This store is ill. I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago and rarely I have walked into a store where design after design wowed me

In all honesty, being Scandinavian visiting mjolk (means milk in Swedish by the way) feels like visiting a touristy design gift shop in Copenhagen's or Stockholms's old towns.

Be sure to visit the 'real thing' instead. ;-)

Minimalist yet elegant design, that's what impresses me the most about dining areas.
