There are plenty of good options for oxford work boots and a lot of people have their preference when it comes to footwear, a strong brand association or recognition within the framework of that given company. I like stumbling across new brands. JC Walkers makes a nice oxford for a relatively affordable price. The colour of suede is beautiful and the two-tone laces are a subtle addition that works well with this shoe I think. They also come in a few other colour-ways that are worth checking out.
