Editing the fashion stories for a new issue of the magazine is never an easy process and there's always some great shots that don't get used. These images were produced for the Issue 03 editorials These Things Take Time by Angelo Baque and Rafael Rios, and Saving The Nation by Stephen Mann and Neil Bedford. Neither appeared in the final stories, but I didn't want them to go unseen.

That Cabourn look is terrible, its not Damir Doma, and thats not the way its designed to wear

i totally support taking risks in fashion, but the image on the right is a disaster no matter how i try to crack it.

that type of styling doesn't work quite well when it's about showing classic clothes IMO

I have to agree, I can't quite pin down why that shoot doesn't really work for me. I think perhaps its because Cabourn's clothes have a history and a depth that a more traditional fashion shoot cannot convey. I think this this is much more successful: http://bit.ly/cby8H4
