The 412 page monograph on influential Italian designer Massimo Osti is now available in both a standard and a limited edition trade version. The former is affordable and the latter a work of genius even Massimo would have been proud of: 150 numbered pieces each hand bound in original Osti fabric, and presented in an embossed card box with 150 loose-leaf images of the Osti studio and the daily processes that took place there. This book is a near-essential purchase that took 4 years to make and was written and edited by Osti's wife Daniela Facchinato.

Haven't managed to get hold of my copy of this yet but an looking forward to it when I can find it. I was lucky enough to work with him as a designer and his approach was completely unique. He was more like an architect, a builder of garments rather than the regular designer who sketchs them first. A lovely guy and hugely inspirational and I like the idea of Massimo being the Willy Wonka of Anoraks.
