While it does seem a bit crazy, I believe this shirt is from Gitman Vintage's FW11 collection, and yes, it is already available. The brand has started working with more and more interesting fabrics imported from Japan. This blue on blue polka dot corduroy is a really nice combination and I think it offers a great variety of texture and subtle color.
