Simon and I arrived in Florence today for our first visit to Pitti Uomo. Our first buying appointments for the SS11 season are scheduled for tomorrow with Yuketen, Nigel Cabourn and Engineered Garments. While there are a number of other brands and people to meet with, we are especially excited for the upcoming day at the show. We were lucky enough to get a great apartment in the heart of Florence so we'll be checking out a few shops in between appointments as well. I'll be trying to give daily updates from the field so stay tuned for a couple of sneak peaks and news of what's happening at Pitti in general.

I stumbled upon this via tumblr. and I just wanted to say that I lived in this same building for 6 months last year! So nice to know others were able to experience this wonderful view. Now I'm back in Manhattan and missing Firenze too much. Thanks for the photo memory!
