Words

The Classic Shirt by Engineered Garments is a personal favourite of mine: there's just something about it's boxy, slightly awkward cut that I like, and the collar and pocket details are both pleasantly refreshing. Although I'm not a big plaid wearer this version is certainly appealing, and a nice hand-me-down gift that was recently bestowed upon me, has reminded me that a good plaid does indeed go a long way.

I'd like to mention that vintage, US-made Pendleton board shirts, the inspiration for this cotton version by EG, are readily available on eBay. Pendleton wool holds up fantastically well, so the shirts are often in near-new condition, and rarely cost more than 25USD.

i like to buy EG for the nice detailing but this is just a basic minimal plaid shirt. Any american outdoor company make something similar for less in this case.

Good point sorrybut. Doubt their fabrics would be as nice though..

Dunno, EG's quality is good but they use quite a lot of polycoton that is nothing amazing. They've also been using some wool from famous US mills that produce their own garments too with the same material so...

I always think EG nail it when it comes to colours. Our Legacy shirts are more appealing anyway though, obviously.
