Words

Probably the best part about Beams Plus is their shirting. The quality of fabrics, build and fit is very difficult to beat for its price range. There are a handful of good American shirt makers, but Beams Plus might be doing it better; from the silhouette to the quality. We just received two gingham shirts for the spring which look great. Again the fit is spot on, and especially the royal blue option looks perfect.

Beams are definitely on point with the shirting.

You guys need to widen your horizons.
Its the same labels over and over again.
Sure they are great in many ways but for a gingham oxford Hackett Brompton are far superior both in quality and the workmanship.

I don't know that I would every spend nearly $200 on a shirt that is S-M-L. That seems coo-coo crazy.

It seems the Beams products although made in Japan and probably of better quality than most N.American brands is basically a retailer of accessible(affordable), fashionable clothing and accessories. I think it's a pretty bold claim to suggest that they are making better products than the "handful" of "good" American brands that have probably been manufacturing shirting for far longer than there Japanese counterparts. Why would you state this exactly? If it's based on silhouette or quality alone I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there are probably lesser brands that are making shirts that fit well and although not " Made in Japan"or Italy would hold up under most of what is considered a quality shirt in the industry. Not trying to stir the pot but could you elaborate?

'p'---- it really is a fact that the Japanese are almost always better at recreating and manufacturing bits of classic Americana than the Americans!----they are obsessive about detail and appearence. The cognoscenti recognise and appreciate this!-----prices are often a PITA though.
