There is a steadily growing array of options available for those seeking classic 20th century vintage-inspired sneakers, and PF Flyers are certainly one of the more historically rich companies treading this ground. The release of American-made models for the spring have been hinted at for months, but these high and low top models, made exclusively in Japan from premium canvas, featuring the iconic Posture Foundation insole, are my pick of the premium PF Flyers models that are currently available.

I feel like I could share some exciting new Steidl publication almost every week. The German publisher has been having a banner 2015 so far, with books from Cartier-Bresson, Eggleston, Parks, and Teller. While all of these are photo books, this volume is something for fans of the brutal and humungous works (in both size and scope) of Richard Serra. "Instead of retracing Serra's career chronologically, as is usual in the artist's exhibition catalogues, this book comprises eight thematic chapters that do not aim to investigate all of his work. Rather, this organization facilitates a closer examination of the development of specific bodies of work and thereby a fresh understanding of Serra's overall oeuvre. Each chapter is built around the works shown at the QMA Gallery and Alriwaq Doha, as well as 7, installed in MIA Park in Doha in 2011, and East-West/West-East, installed in 2014 at a site chosen by the artist in the Brouq Nature Reserve near Zekreet."

Based on what the youth appear to be wearing today, you might be under the impression that C.E and P.A.M. are the only brands producing acid trip inspired T-shirts, but you would be wrong. My favourite of the season is this long-sleeved iteration from Bal, because its wild design looks like it was inspired by Bruce Conner's work. Even though I'm sure it probably wasn't.

While vintage versions of 3/4 sleeve football shirts are abundant, they generally aren’t this clean. It's a style of sports shirt that's been rolling around in my mind for a while now, but many feature some unappealing print or place name that makes it hard to pull the trigger. This option, however, available in three classic colours with a ribbed stripe detail on both sleeves, is one the best I’ve come across so far.

NikeLab Lunar Huarache Light

Launching on March 13th, the latest NikeLab shoe release is one of their best to date. The combination of the Huarache Light with a Lunar sole, in two minimal colours, looks great. The only challenge will be choosing between the two options and getting a pair before they've sold out.
