You could quite easily write about something new at Silver & Gold every week. In fact; I pretty much do. However, when the subject matter contains both great product and interesting presentation, what's to dislike? That it's not from a store based in the US maybe, or perhaps that it's yet another vest I'm posting, while still not sure if I'm ready to change the habit of a short lifetime, and make the leap of purchase myself. Those two reasons aside, the Military Down Vest from Rocky Mountain looks like a pretty solid addition to anyone's winter wardrobe. Whether you track it down and make the purchase from home, or abroad.

I'd been a little on the fence about this shoe brand, not being overly familiar or taken with the designs until now. I like the reference and the idea behind the brand, but it's always seemed to me: if you want Clarks, buy Clarks. Having said that, I can appreciate the details, changes, and improvements the brand has made to a handful of classic designs; with the small burst of colour on the Ruddy Duck model recently received at Silver & Gold being one such appealing tweak.

As you can probably tell, Fall gets everyone pretty excited around here. Seeing new products filter in to your favourite places is always a sight to behold; a sight which extends from brick and mortar to online. Not many people get it as right as Silver & Gold when it comes to not only the seasonal buy, but also the way in which the products are displayed online. The site itself takes some time to get used to and navigate, but my personal highlights have always been the cropped detail shots they use.
