I recently came across this book by Timm Rautert and was very inspired and impressed the mix of colour and black and white images inside.
"In 1974 the young Timm Rautert travelled to Pennsylvania to photograph those who normally don’t allow themselves to be photographed: the Amish, a group of Anabaptist Protestant communities. Four years later Rautert returned to America, this time to the Hutterites who live so stringently by the Ten Commandments and the bible’s restrictions on images that they have their identity cards issued without photographs. Both these two series were influential on Rautert’s later work and No Photographing brings them together for the first time."

A simple collaboration, and a nice product. This short sleeve BD shirt was made for Comme des Garçons Homme in the USA by Individualized Shirts.
—01. Natural manila hemp.
Beams Plus make these ribbon hats each season; this summer they're available in three different colours, made with manila hemp.
—01. Brown suede.
Every once in a while I think about getting a pair of Desert Treks. The brown suede is a classic option and I actually don't mind the tan leather piece on the heal in this instance.

The summer version of Sassafras' most iconic style, the Fall Leaf Pant, is now available in this earth-toned, seasonal weight corduroy.

When it comes to eyewear, I'm really into acetate glasses with green lenses. But I like the colour green so much that I would be inclined to try a green frame also, and these ones by Japanese optician Globe Specs and Beauty & Youth seem like a great option, in their classic shape with not too dark a tint.
—01. Black Watch Seersucker.
Of all plaids, and there are tons, Black Watch is probably my favourite, but it is usually made in heavy, winter weights. I really like the idea of a Black Watch plaid shirt in lightweight seersucker and with a Post Overalls shirt, who can go wrong.
