International Shipping
We ship to anywhere Canada Post will deliver. Orders are shipped using Canada Post's Expresspost service and are insured for up to $100. International shipments are made using Small Packet Air International (6-10 Business Days). For more information on Canada Post's services please visit www.canadapost.ca. INVENTORY is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees which may be incurred when importing goods into your country of residence. Nor are we responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees for rejected packages.Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers will be supplied to all orders within North America. Tracking for international orders can be obtained for an additional $20 shipping fee. Please notify us at stockroom@inventorymagazine.com if you are paying additional for upgraded shipping.Sales Tax
All Canadian customers are subject to 5% General Sales Tax (GST). Customers within British Columbia will also be charged an additional 7% Provincial Sales Tax. Orders from outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.Disclaimer

To return or exchange products, please first email stockroom@inventorymagazine.com for availability, details and instructions. Customers will assume responsibility for any and all return shipping charges. INVENTORY will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the INVENTORY studio. If all conditions are met, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment; if not, customers will be notified and all items will be shipped back at their expense with with an explanation.
Due to the nature of online stores, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed in the INVENTORY Stockroom. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact the customer to notify them of the discrepancy.

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items within 10 days of original delivery. All products must be free of damage, stains, wear odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. Terms & Conditions
Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to you confirming the intent to purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, an incorrect item price. Please also note that INVENTORY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether you have made payment already or not.
